Jalil Carter
Jalil Carter (born July 18, 1989) is a former professional American football cornerback. He played college football for the University of Akron Zips. He has previously played for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL), where he was a member of their 100th Grey Cup winning team. Today Jalil is an established real estate agent in Cambridge, Ohio. Early years Carter attended St. John's Jesuit High School in Toledo, Ohio, where he was a two-sport star in both football and track. A two-year starter at both wide receiver and cornerback, he earned first-team All-City League honors on offense as a senior after hauling in 31 receptions for 617 yards. Cornerback
A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses. They create turnovers through hard tackles, interceptions, and deflecting forward passes. Other members of the defensive backfield include strong and free safeties.
