Jaker Ali (born 22 February 1998) is a Bangladeshi cricketer. Domestic Cricket He made his First-class cricket, first-class debut for Sylhet Division cricket team, Sylhet Division in the 2016–17 National Cricket League on 27 December 2016. Prior to his first-class debut, he was part of Bangladesh's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He made his List A cricket, List A debut for Prime Doleshwar Sporting Club in the 2016–17 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League on 26 April 2017. In October 2018, he was named in the squad for the Sylhet Sixers team, following the draft for the 2018–19 Bangladesh Premier League. He made his Twenty20 debut for the Sylhet Sixers in the 2018–19 Bangladesh Premier League on 16 January 2019. Habiganj District (; ), formerly known as Habibganj District (), is a district in north-eastern Bangladesh, located in the Sylhet Division. It was established as a district in 1984 as a successor to its ''subdivision'' status since 1867. It is named after its founder, Syed Habib Ullah, son of Syed Hedayet Ullah, who is the founder of Sultani Habeli. The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup was the ninth edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, co-hosted by Cricket West Indies and USA Cricket from 1 to 29 June 2024. The Dhaka Capitals is a professional franchise cricket team that plays in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). They represent Dhaka Division. The team plays their home matches at the SBNCS. Dhaka is one of the most successful BPL franchises, having won three BPL titles in the BPL, it has appeared in 5 finals and qualified for the playoff stages 7 times, the most amongst the BPL teams. The team competes in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and was one of the six franchises incorporated when the league was established in 2012.
