Interstate 369 (Texas)
Interstate 369 (I-369) is a north–south Interstate spur route running through Northeast Texas. Once complete, the freeway will begin at an interchange with I-69/ U.S. Highway 84 (US 84) east of Tenaha and head northward to Carthage, Marshall, Jefferson, and Atlanta before terminating at an interchange with I-49/ US 59/ US 71 north of Texarkana. For its entire length, I-369 will share its alignment with US 59. Route description I-369 currently begins at US 59/Loop 151 and goes 3 miles north where it currently ends at I-30. Plans call for I-369 to begin at US 59/84/Future I-69 in Tenaha then head north serving Carthage, Marshall, Jefferson, and Atlanta before entering Texarkana where it crosses I-30 then extends northward to an interchange with I-49 where I-369 will end. ''The Marshall News Messenger'' (originally the ''Marshall Morning News'') is a daily newspaper based in Marshall, Texas, with a circulation of around 5,000 in the Marshall area. Interstate 20 in Texas (I-20) is a major east–west Interstate Highway in the Southern United States, running east from a junction with I-10 east of Kent, Texas, through the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex to the border with Louisiana near Waskom, Texas. State Highway Loop 390 (Loop 390) is a state highway loop that forms a partial beltway around Marshall, Texas. Route description Loop 390 begins at an intersection with State Highway 43 (SH 43, West Pinecrest Drive) in western Marshall. There is little development along the route at first, before seeing an increase in between University Avenue and Farm to Market Road 3379 (FM 3379, Houston Street) near Wiley College. Loop 390 intersects U.S. Highway 80 (US 80, W. Grand Avenue), FM 449, and SH 154 just west of East Texas Baptist University. Just north of SH 154, Loop 390 starts to turn toward the east and runs near the city limits of Marshall. In northwest Marshall, the highway has a brief overlap with FM 1997 before meeting US 59 (East End Boulevard). Interstate 49 (I-49) is an Interstate Highway in the state of Arkansas. There are two main sections of the highway across different sides of the state. The southern section starts at the Louisiana state line, then runs to Texarkana, at the Texas state line. The northern section begins at I-40 and at U.S. Highway 71 (US 71) in Alma and runs north to the Missouri state line, where the freeway continues into Missouri.
