Image Universe
The Image Universe (IU) is a fictional universe in which some stories published by Image Comics take place. It was introduced in the early years of the publisher, shared by the various creators who formed the Image partnership. The independent, creator-owned nature of their work led to limited interaction between their characters, and little coordination of the Image Universe as a shared setting. Instead it has mainly served as the ostensible setting of occasional crossovers between different series, including ''Deathmate'', ''Image United'', and '' The Invincible War''. Ryan Ottley
Ryan Ottley is an American comic book artist. He is best known for work on Image Comics' ''Invincible'' and Marvel Comics' ''Amazing Spider-Man''. Career Ryan Ottley is best known for his work on Invincible written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image comics. Ottley was discovered by Kirkman on the Penciljack.com forums in late 2003 and offered him the job of illustrating ''Invincible'' starting with Issue 8. Ottley worked 14 years on the series as the artist for 127 issues of the 144 Issue run. In an interview with comic book website Project Fanboy, Ottley discussed how he got into the comic book industry after being fired from his previous employer as a warehouse worker. Todd McFarlane (; born March 16, 1961) is a Canadian comic book creator, artist, writer, filmmaker and entrepreneur, best known for his work as the artist on ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' and as the creator, writer, and artist on the superhero horror-fantasy series ''Spawn.'' In the late 1980s and early 1990s, McFarlane became a comic book superstar due to his work on Marvel Comics' ''Spider-Man'' franchise, on which he was the artist to draw the first full appearances of the character Venom. Firebreather (comics)
''Firebreather'' is a comic book created by Phil Hester and Andy Kuhn and published by Image Comics. The series focuses on the life of a teenage half-dragon. The story has been told in a mini-series (2003) and a one-shot (2004). An ongoing series started in May 2008, and a movie based on the series aired on Cartoon Network on November 24, 2010. Publication history The character was originally part of a Young Avengers proposal that Hester put together for Marvel Comics, initially conceived to be the son of Fin Fang Foom, a concept later referenced in the Marvel Comics series ''Unbelievable Gwenpool''. Noble Causes
''Noble Causes'' is an American comic book series created and written by Jay Faerber, illustrated by a variety of artists and published by Image Comics. The series follows the lives of the Nobles, a wealthy superhero family in the Image Universe. The stories focus less on the Nobles fighting supervillains and more on their personal lives. Originally intended to be an ongoing title, it was downgraded into a series of miniseries and one-shots. It finally became an ongoing title in 2004. Beginning with issue #32, the series jumped five years after the previous storyline. At this point, the characters Gaia, Race and Liz are no longer active part in the family, while Doc's new wife, Olympia, and her two children joined the Noble family.
