Indiana Law Journal
The ''Indiana Law Journal'' is a general law review founded in 1925. It is published quarterly by students of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law at the flagship Bloomington campus. One of the ten most-cited law review articles of all time was published by the ''Indiana Law Journal''; this was written by Robert Bork. The ''Journal'' has published an online supplement, the ''Indiana Law Journal Supplement'', since 2008. History In 1898, the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) briefly published a periodical entitled the ''Indiana Law Journal''. It was sent to all ISBA members, and included short essays, local news, and digests of cases at both the state and federal level. Indiana University Maurer School Of Law
The Indiana University Maurer School of Law is the law school of Indiana University Bloomington, a public research university in Bloomington, Indiana. Established in 1842, the school is named after alumnus Michael S. "Mickey" Maurer, an Indianapolis businessman who donated $35 million to the school in 2008. The law school is one of two law schools operated by Indiana University, the other being the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (IU McKinney) in Indianapolis. Although both law schools are part of Indiana University, each law school is wholly independent of the other. Laurence Tribe
Laurence Henry Tribe (born October 10, 1941) is an American legal scholar known for his studies of United States constitutional law. Frank Isaac Michelman (born May 26, 1936) is an American legal scholar and the Robert Walmsley University Professor Emeritus at Harvard Law School.
