Ibrahim Khan II
Ibrahim Khan II ()(''reigned:'' 1689–1697; died 1701) was the Subahdar of Bengal during the reign of emperor Aurangzeb. His only child was a son Named Wazir Ibrahim Khan (1654–1713) and was diwan of Emperor Jahandar Shah. He was killed at the orders of Farrukhsiyar. Early life He was the eldest son of Ali Mardan Khan. Ali Mardan was a noble of Kurdish origin. Prior to the governorship of Bengal, Ibrahim Khan served as the Mughal Subahdar of Kashmir, Lahore and Bihar. He had a son named Zabardast Khan. Reign During his reign, English and French traders were granted several ''farmans'' to continue trading in Bengal. During 1695–1696, he failed to suppress the revolt of the Chandrakona zamindar, Shobha Singh. Later in 1697, Ibrahim Khan was replaced by emperor Aurangzeb's own grandson, Prince Azim-us-Shan. Ibrahim Khan Fath-i-Jang
Mirza Ibrahim Beg (), later known as Ibrahim Khan Fath-i-Jang (; d. 1624) was the Subahdar of Bengal during the reign of Mughal emperor Jahangir. He was the brother of Empress Nur Jahan who was the wife of Emperor Jahangir. Biography Born to a Shi'ite family, Khan was the son of Mirza Ghiyas Beg. His uncle, Muhammad-Tahir, was a learned man who composed poetry under the pen name of ''Wasli''. Ibrahim Khan's father was a native of Tehran, and was the youngest son of Khvajeh Mohammad-Sharif. Ibrahim Khan served as a veteran in Akbar's reign. Qasim Khan Chishti's failure in military expeditions resulted in Ibrahim being appointed the next governor of Mughal Bengal in 1617, during the reign of Jahangir. In 1620, the Maghs of Arakan attacked the Bengali capital of Jahangirnagar (Dhaka). In response, Khan defeated them and captured 400 Magh war boats. Ibrahim Khan Lodi
Ibrahim Khan Lodi (; 1480 – 21 April 1526) was the last Sultan of the Delhi Sultanate, who became Sultan in 1517 after the death of his father Sikandar Khan. He was the last ruler of the Lodi dynasty, reigning for nine years until 1526, when he was defeated and killed at the Battle of Panipat by Babur's invading army, giving way to the emergence of the Mughal Empire in India. Ibrahim Khan Gardi
Ibrahim Khan Gardi (died 14 January 1761) was a South Indian Muslim general of the Maratha Confederacy. An expert in artillery, he initially served the Nizam of Hyderabad, before working for the Peshwa of the Maratha Confederacy. As a Maratha general, he commanded a force of 10,000 men, infantry and artillery. He was captured and killed by the Durrani soldiers during the Third Battle of Panipat in 1761. Ibrahim Khan (often referred as Principal Ibrahim Khan; – 29 March 1978) was a Bangladeshi litterateur. He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 1977 by the Government of Bangladesh. Early life and education Khan was born in Shabaj Nagar in Tangail District. He passed the entrance examination from Pingna High School and FA from Ananda Mohan College in 1912 and 1914 respectively. He earned his bachelor's from St. Paul's Cathedral Mission College in 1916 and master's from Calcutta University as a private candidate. He obtained his law degree in 1918. Career Khan started his career as headmaster of Karatia High School, Tangail district in 1919. Sardar Ibrahim Khan (, ər'da:r ɪbra:'ɦi:m xa:n 22 April 1915 – 31 July 2003) was a revolutionary leader and politician from the western region of Jammu and Kashmir (present-day Azad Kashmir), who led the 1947 Poonch Rebellion against the Maharaja in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and played a key role in the First Kashmir War, supporting Pakistan.
