Ian Riddell
Ian Riddell (1937/1938 – 25 September 2021) was a Scottish semi-professional footballer who played as a left-back. Career Riddell played for Jordanhill T.C., St Mirren and Berwick Rangers. He was a member of the Berwick team which famously beat Rangers in the Scottish Cup in 1967. He played semi-professionally, combining his football career with a day job as a PE teacher. He represented Scotland at under-23 level. Personal life Riddell died in September 2021, in a care home in Erskine. His son is actor Derek Riddell Derek Riddell (born 11 January 1967) is a Scottish television and theatre actor. Erskine
Erskine (, sco, Erskin, gd, Arasgain) is a town in the council area of Renfrewshire, and historic county of the same name, situated in the West Central Lowlands of Scotland. It lies on the southern bank of the River Clyde, providing the lowest crossing to the north bank of the river at the Erskine Bridge, connecting the town to Old Kilpatrick in West Dunbartonshire. Scotland National Under-23 Football Team
The Scotland national under-21 football team, controlled by the Scottish Football Association, is Scotland's national under 21 football team and is considered to be a feeder team for the Scotland national football team.
