Huoshan Huangya Tea
Huoshan Huangya tea (; pronounced ) is a yellow tea from Huoshan County of Anhui, Anhui Province in China. It is an imperial tribute tea, that dates back to the Ming Dynasty. The dry tea leaves have a shiny appearance and are very similar to Huang Shan Mao Feng tea. This tea is usually harvested in early April, and only includes cuttings with one bud and one leaf, or one bud with two unopened leaves. When steeped, the tea has a very sweet and nutty taste as well as an unusual green-yellow color. As with most bud teas, the color and fragrance are slight. References

Yellow Tea
Yellow tea can refer to Chinese ''huángchá'' () and Korean ''hwangcha'' (). Chinese ''huangcha'' It is an increasingly rare and expensive variety of tea. The process for making yellow tea is similar to that of green but with an added step of encasing and steaming the tea. This allows the tea to oxidize at a slow rate for a short period before the tea is heated fully to denature the oxidizing enzymes, producing a far more mellow taste than is found in most green teas; this also gives the leaves a slightly yellow coloring during the drying process. Yellow tea is often placed in the same category with green tea due to its light oxidation. One of the primary aims of making yellow tea is to remove the characteristic grassy smell of green tea.
