Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. is an American television and radio broadcasting corporation based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, St. Paul, Minnesota. It was founded by Stanley E. Hubbard. The corporation has broadcast outlets scattered across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, New York (state), New York, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Washington (state), Washington, Florida, and Washington, D.C. KSTP (AM), KSTP radio, KSTP-FM, KTMY, KSTP-TV, and KSTC-TV, which serve the Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Twin Cities region of Minnesota and western Wisconsin, are regarded as the company's legacy flagship (broadcasting), flagship stations. History KSTP has its origins in the Twin Cities radio station WAMD ("Where All Minneapolis Dances"), which started broadcasting live dance music from a local ballroom on February 13, 1925 with Stanley E. Minneapolis–Saint Paul is a metropolitan area in the Upper Midwestern United States centered around the confluence of the Mississippi, Minnesota and St. Croix rivers in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
