County Of Horne
Horne (also ''Horn'', ''Hoorn'' or ''Hoorne'') is a small historic county of the Holy Roman Empire in the present day Netherlands and Belgium. It takes its name from the village Horn, west of Roermond. The residence of the counts of Horne was moved from Horn to Weert in the 15th century. After the execution in 1568 of Philip de Montmorency who died without male heirs, the Prince-Bishop of Liège, as suzerain of Horne, was declared the direct lord and new count. The bishops ruled the county in personal union. Horne maintained its own laws and customs as well as its financial autonomy. The county included the communes of Neer, Nunhem, Haelen, Buggenum, Roggel, Heythuysen, Horne, Beegden, Geystingen and Ophoven.Bulletin de la Commission centrale de statistique, Brussels, 1857, vol. 7, p. 136. It was suppressed in 1795, when it was occupied by the French, and it became part of the French département Meuse-Inférieure. Rulers of Horne Lords of Horne * Engelbert de Hurne, * Eng ...

Horne, Surrey
__NOTOC__ Horne is a rural village and civil parish in the District of Tandridge in Surrey, England. The parish includes the hamlet of Newchapel, where the British Wildlife Centre is situated. Eastern fields forming a narrow part of the parish are split by the A22 road, a main road to East Grinstead. The civil parish covers and is centred east of Horley, west of Lingfield, SSW of Oxted, and south-east of Kingston upon Thames. At the 2011 Census the civil parish included the population of Newchapel. History A British ( Celtic) gold coin has been found in Horne, but is more probably a mark of transit than of settlement. Otherwise there are no prehistoric remains, such as are usually found in other Wealden parishes. Horne must have owed such importance as it had later to the iron industry. The parish lay within the Anglo-Saxon Tandridge hundred, where the wealthy and powerful would meet periodically at a level below that of the shire to decide on strategic matters ...

Moogle
are a fictional species of diminutive, sentient creatures and a recurring element of the ''Final Fantasy'' video game franchise, starting with their initial appearance in ''Final Fantasy III''. They also appear in the ''Mana'' and ''Kingdom Hearts'' series. Moogles serve a variety of purposes in the various games in which they appear. They sometimes provide opportunities to record game progress or access shops; occasionally they assist in battle or may even become a playable character. Moogles became a popular character amongst fans and critics, and are considered one of the mascots of ''Final Fantasy''. Their original appearance and role was largely praised, although their change in design for the ''Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy'' sub-series was contentious. Character design Influences Moogles were created by object designer Koichi Ishii, who later became the president of Grezzo. He stated they were based on a creature idea he drew in Elementary School based on an all ...
