Hassan Al Imam
Hassan al-Imam ( ar, حسن الإمام; March 6, 1919 in Mansoura, Egypt – January 29, 1988) was a prominent Egyptian film director. He was nicknamed the Box-office King, made three films listed in the Top 100 Egyptian films list. Early life Hassan Al-Imam was born on March 6, 1919 in the city of Mansoura, and his father al-Imam pasha Al-Imam was a wealthy businessman. Hassan al-Imam was persistent, open-minded, and interested in public events, especially in theatrical art events, due to the proliferation of theaters at that time, and the lack of widespread cinema. He was also a lover of music. He received his education at the Frere School in al-Kharnfash. Mansoura
Mansoura (' , rural: ) is a city in Egypt, with a population of 960,423. It is the capital of the Dakahlia Governorate. Etymology ''Mansoura'' in Arabic means "victorious". The city is named after the El Mansoura Battle against Louis IX of France during the Seventh Crusade. Naguib el-Rihani ( ar, نجيب الريحاني; January 21, 1889 in Cairo – June 8, 1949 in Alexandria) was an Egyptian film and stage actor. Biography Born in Bab El Shereya, Cairo to a middle class family.
