Ahmed Mulay Ali Hamadi
Ahmed Mulay Ali Hamadi ( ar, مولاي أحمد علي حمادي; born 1954) is a Sahrawi diplomat and writer. He is Director General for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic. He was Sahrawi ambassador to Mexico, with a base in Mexico City, between 2004 and 2020. He is a licenciate on International Relations by the UNAM, and a member of the Mexican Academy of International Law. Apart from his diplomatic career, Mulay Ali is also a writer in Spanish language, with books published in Mexico. Personal life Mulay Ali was born in 1954 in Hagunia, a town near El Aaiun, the capital of the territory. Ali Ibrahim Karim Al-Hamadi ( ar, علي إبراهيم كريم الحمادي; born 1 March 2002) is an Iraqi professional footballer who plays as a forward for club AFC Wimbledon and the Iraq national football team. Early life Ali was born in Maysan, Iraq on 1 March 2002. In 2003 during the early stages of the Iraq War, at the age of 1, he and his family moved from Iraq to Toxteth, Liverpool where they would settle and he would grow up. Al-Hamadi’s father, Ibrahim, who was studying to become a lawyer at that point, was part of a peaceful protest against the dictatorship of Saddam Hussein and he ended up being jailed. Hamadi Ould Baba Ould Hamadi ( ar, حمادي ولد بابا ولد حمادي; born 31 December 1948) is a Mauritanian politician. As of 2011, he is the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Mauritania. Early life Hamadi was born in Moudjeria, then part of the French Colony of Mauritania. He attended primary school in Moudjeria and Aleg from 1956 to 1961. Sa'dun Hammadi (22 June 1930 – 14 March 2007; ar, سعدون حمادي) was an Iraqi politician. He was briefly Prime Minister of Iraq under President Saddam Hussein from March until September 1991. He succeeded Hussein, who had previously been prime minister in addition to being president, but was forced out due to his reformist views. Hammadi was born in Karbala and was a Shi'ite. He joined the Ba'ath Party during the 1940s. In addition, he earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1956. Hammadi previously served a stint as Iraqi Oil Minister, an important portfolio during a time of burgeoning economic progress, and served as Foreign Minister from 1974 until 1983, surviving Saddam's takeover in 1979.
