Hinterstein
Bad Hindelang is a municipality in the district of Oberallgäu in Bavaria in Germany. As of 2008 it has a population of 4,915. Its sulphur spring was used for cures in the 19th century and today the municipality is a major health resort. Horst Zuse
Horst Zuse (born 17 November 1945) is a German computer scientist. Life Zuse was born in 1945 as the son of the computer pioneer Konrad Zuse. He first studied electrical engineering at Technische Universität Berlin and later on completed his PhD on software metrics. Hans-Peter Lanig (7 December 1935 – 28 January 2022) was a German alpine skier who competed for the United Team of Germany in the 1956 Winter Olympics and in the 1960 Winter Olympics. He was born in Bad Hindelang, Bavaria, Germany. He was the younger brother of Evi Lanig and the brother-in-law of Lorenz Nieberl Lorenz Nieberl (sometimes spelled as Lorenz Niebert; 7 July 1919, in Munich, Germany – 12 April 1968) was a West German bobsledder who competed in the early 1950s. Pamela Behr (born 21 September 1956 in Hindelang, West Germany) is a retired German alpine ski racer. She is the second youngest person ever to win an FIS Alpine Ski World Cup race, winning a slalom in Val d'Isere, France, in December 1972 at the age of 16 years, 79 days. It would be the only World Cup race win of her ten-year career. She won the silver medal in slalom at the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 1978 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Skiing career Behr made her debut on the World Cup circuit at the age of 14 in the 1971 season and scored her first World Cup points the next year, with three top-ten results during the 1972 season. Michael Bredl
Michael Bredl (24 December 1915 – 22 June 1999) was a German Volksmusik musician and collector, publisher, teacher and the first Volksmusik conservator in Bavarian Swabia in the region of Allgäu. Life Michael Bredl Michl grew up in the Bavarian Forest, in Lower Bavaria. The family with 13 children sang and played music together a great deal. In 1931 there was the first Lower Bavarian youth singing competition in Landshut and Bredl won the first prize together with two of his brothers.
