HeyGen is a generative artificial intelligence company that creates photo-realistic avatars via user-submitted photos and videos as well as a library of pre-made avatars and voices. The digital avatar can recite prompts in multiple languages. When submitting content to be used in the generation of a video, users are required to give verbal consent, along with a spoken password to verify their identity. Sarah Guo () is an American tech investor. She is the founder and managing partner at the venture capital firm Conviction and formerly a general partner at Greylock Partners. In law, a conviction is the determination by a court of law that a defendant is Guilty (law), guilty of a crime.
