Henriette Jæger
Henriette Jæger (born 30 June 2003) is a Norwegian track and field athlete. She is a multiple time national champion, and former U18 world record holder. In 2023, she became the Norwegian record holder over 400 metres. In 2025, she won the silver medal at that distance at the 2025 European Athletics Indoor Championships, and bronze at the 2025 World Athletics Indoor Championships. Career Young heptathlete From Aremark, Jæger was 14 years-old when she came third at the Norwegian senior indoor championships over 200 metres, in February 2018. As a 14-year-old at the Baltic Athletics Championships in 2018, she broke the Norwegian record for girls aged 15 in the heptathlon, that had stood since 1986, with a score of 5352 points. Competing in Fagernes in 2020 she broke 6000 points for the heptathlon for the first time. Aremark
Aremark is a municipality in Østfold county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Fosby. Aremark was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt). The new municipality of Øymark was separated from Aremark on 1 July 1903. 2022 World Athletics U20 Championships
The 2022 World Athletics U20 Championships, also known colloquially by its former official title, the World Junior Championships, was an international athletics competition for athletes qualifying as juniors (born no earlier than 1 January 2003), which was held from 1 to 6 August 2022 at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero in Cali, Colombia. Cali previously hosted the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics. European Athletics Championships
The European Athletics Championships is a biennial (from 2010) athletics event organised by the European Athletic Association and is recognised as the elite continental outdoor athletics championships for Europe. Editions First held, for men only, in 1934 in Turin, and separately for women for the first time in Vienna in 1938, the Championships took place every four years following the end of the World War II, with the exception of the 1969 and 1971 editions, becoming a joint men's and women's competition from the third edition in 1946 in Oslo. The women's 400 metres at the 2024 World Athletics Indoor Championships took place over three rounds at the Commonwealth Arena and Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Commonwealth Arena in Glasgow, United Kingdom, on 1 and 2 March 2024. 2024 Copernicus Cup
The 2024 Copernicus Cup was the 10th edition of the annual indoor track and field meeting in Toruń, Poland. Held on 6 February, it was the fourth leg of the 2024 World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold series – the highest-level international indoor track and field circuit.
