or Hector was a Japanese video game developer and publisher. It had a Virtual Boy game in development, entitled ''Virtual Battle Ball''; however, it was eventually canceled. Levels include a pirate ship and a clock tower. This is a list of video games released for the Famicom video game console — released as the Nintendo Entertainment System outside Japan. The Famicom was released by Nintendo on and featured ports of ''Donkey Kong'', ''Donkey Kong Junior'', and ''Popeye'' as launch titles; the final licensed game for the console was '' Takahashi Meijin no Bōken Jima IV'' (''Adventure Island IV'') in 1994. The Famicom would become the highest-selling video game console by the end of 1984, which paved the way for the North American release of the system in 1985. is a series of Japan-exclusive horse racing video games developed and published by Hect. This series of games allows players to simulate the life of a thoroughbred horse breeder and allows players to become very wealthy; if certain conditions are met in the game. Betting in addition to watching are the two modes usually permitted with games in this series. A part of playing these games also involving feeding the animals, giving them water, buying them at low prices, and selling them when they reach peak prices at the market. Simulation Pro Yakyuu
is a Japan-exclusive video game for the Super Famicom that uses the actual ball players and teams of the 1995 Nippon Professional Baseball league and combines them into a full-blown simulator. Gameplay Pitchers throw the ball to the batter using a television-like angle. The strike- ball-out counter is used like in a real Japanese baseball match. While the game takes place in fictitious ''Hect Stadium'', the action is very close to watching an actual professional baseball match. There is a lot of information for batters and pitchers to digest like pitching tendencies, earned run averages, batting averages, and even the current wind levels. Everything is in Japanese including the menu options and the player's surnames. Players can choose to pitch either inside or outside the strike zone by moving the ball across a series of two boxes. is a stealth video game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Famicom on December 18, 1992 by Hect, released in Japan. Summary In Stealth, the player takes control of a squad of six United States Army, U.S. Army soldiers in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. Gameplay is turn-based on a platoon's level, each squad member has the option to move, attack, wait, and in the case of the radio operator call in Close air support, air or artillery support. The majority of the enemy Viet Cong troops hide in the jungles and appear on the computers turn to shoot at one of your characters if they are in range. Objectives that are given out in each level are to travel to a designated site and destroy a number of missiles guarded by a few visible and fortified Viet Cong soldiers. America Daitōryō Senkyo
is a government simulation video game released by Hector Playing Interface for the Famicom in 1988. It is loosely based on the 1988 election campaign for the president of the United States and features characters based on actual candidates and other politicians. The game was conceived and directed by Japanese politician Shintaro Ito and a newscaster for CNN Daywatch. Gameplay At the start of the game, the player has four different issues to take either a liberal, conservative, or centrist position on. The player must make wise use of his funds as he is trying to become the ''President of the United States of America''. Being liberal offends the religious folks, being conservative offends the university students and working class voters, and being centrist (as in pleasing everybody) actually pleases nobody. Ihatovo Monogatari
is a 1993 Adventure game, adventure video game that was released exclusively in Japan. A fan translation group released an unofficial English translation patch for the game on December 28, 2018. Gameplay The story depicts the action as taking place in the utopian world of Ihatovo. The game focuses on collecting information (notebooks from Miyazawa's fairy tales) and items (that are related to those fairy tales) instead of fighting monsters. The game is broken up into eight chapters, each of which tells its own story in which the player helps the denizens of Ihatovo, often featuring talking animals. Inspired by the stories of Kenji Miyazawa, the story covers nine chapters and surreal environments. The ending involves speaking to Mr. Miyazawa himself and Night on the Galactic Railroad, boarding on the Galaxy Railroad train. References
