Hayner William Monjardim Cordeiro (born 2 October 1995), simply known as Hayner, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a right back for Santos, on loan from Azuriz. Career Early career Hayner was born in Serra, Espírito Santo, and was a youth product of local Rio Branco-ES. He made his first team debut with the club on 1 February 2014, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 2–0 Campeonato Capixaba Série B away loss to Atlético Itapemirim. Mainly a backup during his first year, Hayner became a regular starter during the 2015 campaign as the club won the 2015 Campeonato Capixaba. He also scored his first senior goal during the competition, netting his team's second in a 2–1 home win over Vitória-ES on 7 February of that year. Serra, Espírito Santo
Serra is a municipality in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil. Bordering the north of the state's capital, Vitória, the municipality is part of the Greater Vitória metropolitan area. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time. Ayrton Luís Ganino (born 19 April 1985), commonly known as Ayrton, is a Brazilian footballer who plays for CRB. He has previously played for 14 different clubs, most recently Palmeiras, Vitória and Flamengo. Career Ayrton started his professional career with Fabril, signed a 5-year contract in June 2004. Augusto Sérgio "Guto" Ferreira (born 7 September 1965) is a Brazilian professional football coach, currently the head coach of Ceará. Career Born in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Ferreira began his career with hometown side XV de Piracicaba. After a quick spell at Guarani as a performance analyst, he joined São Paulo's youth sides in 1995. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008.
