Darren Haydar
Darren J. Haydar (born October 22, 1979) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey winger. Haydar was selected by the Nashville Predators in the ninth round (248th overall) of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. He is one of the top AHL players of all-time, having won two Calder Cup championships and is the AHL’s all-time leader in playoff goals (63), assists (80) and points (143). Playing career Prior to turning professional Haydar played two years with the Milton Merchants of the Junior A Ontario Provincial Hockey League, where he established league records for goals (71) and points (140) in a season. He then spent four years (1998–2002) for the University of New Hampshire, scoring 219 points with 102 goals. In 2002, he was named a First Team All-American and was Hockey East Player of the Year. Haydar Khan Amo-oghli or Haydar Khan Amu ogly Tariverdiev ( fa, حیدرخان عمواوغلی تاریوردی; az, حیدرخان عمواوغلی تاریوردی; December 20, 1880 – October 15, 1921) was an Iranian left-wing revolutionary, key figure during the Persian Constitutional Revolution and among the founders of the Communist Party of Persia. Early years He was born in Urmia, but immigrated with his family at a young age to Alexandropol (present-day Gyumri, Armenia). He received training in Erivan and Tiflis in electrical engineering, before he was invited to Iran, in 1901, to set up an electrical plant for Imam Reza shrine in Mashhad. Paula Haydar (born 1965) is an American academic and translator. She has a PhD in Comparative literature and an MFA in Literary translation. She won an Arkansas Arabic Translation Prize for her translation of Elias Khoury's ''The Kingdom of Strangers''. Her work has appeared in '' Banipal'' magazine and she has translated the literary work of Jabbour Douaihy, Rachid Al-Daif and others. Education Haydar obtained a bachelor's degree in physics in 1987 and an M.Ed from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1991. She then earned a MFA in literary translation from the University of Arkansas in 1998. She received a PhD, from the University of Arkansas in 2014. Sayyid Baha al-Din Haydar, Haydar al-'Obaidi al-Hossayni Amuli, or Sayyed Haydar Amoli or Mir Haydar Amoli a Shi'ite mystic and a Sufi philosopher, was an early representative of Persian mystic philosophy and one of the most distinguished commentators of the mystic philosopher Ibn Arabi, during the 14th century. Nūr al-Hudā Abū'l-Karāmāt as-Saʿīdī al-Ḥusaynī ( ar, نور الهدىٰ أبو الكرمات السعيدي الحسيني), better known as Ḥaydar Ghāzī ( ar, , bn, হায়দর গাজী), was the second wazir of Srihat (Sylhet) under the various Sultans of Sonargaon and Lakhnauti. Haydar Aşan
Haydar Aşan (16 April 1906 – 29 February 1996) was a Turkish-American Olympic sprinter. He competed in the men's 4 × 100 metres relay at the 1928 Summer Olympics. He also competed as a high jumper, pole vaulter, and professional football player. As a teenager he competed in local athletic championships and began amateur boxing. In 1924, at age 18 he joined the professional Fenerbahçe football team, a year later he changed to the Galatasaray football team and stayed there for ten years. In 1931 and 1932, Aşan won second place in the Balkan Athletics Championships. Haydar Ergülen (born 14 October 1956, in Eskişehir, Turkey) is a Turkish poet., he graduated from the Sociology Department at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University) in Ankara. Haydar Al-Sadr
Ayatollah Haydar al-Sadr ( ar, حيدر الصدر; 1891–1937) was born in Samarra, Iraq. His father, Ismail as-Sadr (d. 1920) was a Grand Ayatollah and the first to be use the as-Sadr surname, which came to be associated with a long line of religious scholarship within Shia Islam. Haydar and the as-Sadr family are also considered as Sayyid, or those who can trace their lineage back to Muhammad (d. 632). The family's lineage is traced through Imam Jafar al-Sadiq and his son Imam Musa al-Kazim the sixth and seventh Shia Imams respectively. Haydar Hatemi (born March 3, 1945 in Hadishahr) is an Iranian artist whose work is based on blends of classical oriental styles such as miniature and tazhib, with some modern elements. His early studies in art started at Tabriz's Art Academy after finishing high school in Tabriz, Iran. Hatemi is a graduate of the prestigious Fine Arts Academy of Tehran University.
