Greg Dortch
Greg Dortch (born May 29, 1998) is an American football wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Wake Forest. Early years Dortch attended Highland Springs High School in Highland Springs, Virginia. He committed to Wake Forest University to play college football. College career Dortch redshirted his first year at Wake Forest in 2016. As a redshirt freshman in 2017, he played in eight games and had 53 receptions for 722 yards and nine touchdowns. As a redshirt sophomore in 2018, he had 89 receptions for 1,078 yards and eight touchdowns. He was named an All-American as a return specialist after recording two punt return touchdowns. After the season, Dortch decided to forgo the remaining two years of eligibility to pursue a career in the NFL. The Kansas City Chiefs are a professional American football team based in Kansas City, Missouri. A return specialist or kick returner is a player on the special teams unit of a gridiron football team who specializes in returning punts and kickoffs. There are few players who are exclusively return specialists; most also play another position such as wide receiver, defensive back, or running back.
