Ginn Sur Mer Classic
The Ginn sur Mer Classic was a PGA Tour golf tournament held in Florida that lasted for two years, 2007 and 2008. It was announced in June 2007 as a replacement for the Running Horse Golf Championship, another proposed new tournament that collapsed before its first outing. The PGA Tour and Ginn Resorts had agreed to a five-year deal under which the tournament would be played at several Ginn Resorts properties. After several tournaments played in Florida, the plan was to eventually relocate it to the Ginn Sur Mer resort then under construction on Grand Bahama island in The Bahamas. The Ginn sur Mer Classic was a PGA Tour Fall Series event. In 2007, the tournament was played at Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Palm Coast is a city in Flagler County, Florida, United States. As of the 2020 United States census, the population was 89,258, an increase of almost 200% since the 2000 count of 32,832. Ken Duke
Kenneth Wootson Duke (born January 29, 1969) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour Champions. He formerly played on the PGA Tour, with his sole victory coming at the 2013 Travelers Championship. Early life Duke was born in Hope, Arkansas, the son of Ray and Bettie Duke. As a seventh grader in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, he was diagnosed with scoliosis; it was determined that his spine had a curvature of over 26 percent, and he wore a back brace 23 hours a day. Duke had surgery two years later after it was determined that his spine had a 51 percent curvature. Shigeki Maruyama
Shigeki Maruyama (丸山茂樹, ''Maruyama Shigeki''; born 12 September 1969) is a Japanese professional golfer. Early life Maruyama was born in Ichikawa, Japan, near Tokyo. He attended Nihon University. Professional career In 1992, he turned professional. He is known for his ever-present smile on the golf course which has given rise to his nickname of the "Smiling Assassin." Fredrik Ulf Yngve Jacobson (born 26 September 1974) is a Swedish professional golfer who formerly played on the PGA Tour and the European Tour. Early life Jacobson was born in Kungsbacka, 30 kilometers south of Gothenburg, at the west coast of Sweden. At young age, he was a promising ice hockey player. Nicholas Thompson (born December 25, 1982) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour and the Korn Ferry Tour. Early life and amateur career Thompson was born in Plantation, Florida. Thompson attended from Georgia Tech. He graduated in 2005 with a degree in business management. George William McNeill Jr. (born October 2, 1975) is an American professional golfer. He is a two-time winner on the PGA Tour with victories at the 2007 Frys.com Open and the 2012 Puerto Rico Open. Biography McNeill was born and raised in Naples, Florida. He attended North Fort Myers High School and graduated in 1993.
