Gil Linster (born November 3, 1993) is a Luxembourgish professional stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series driving the No. 50 Toyota Camry for Hendriks Motorsport, and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series driving the No. 68 Ford Motor Company, Ford for Kimmel Racing. Racing career In 2017, Linster ran full-time in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series Elite 2, driving the No. 44 Chevrolet for CAAL Racing, where he finished ninth in the standings with a best finish of fourth at the season ending race at Circuit Zolder. He returned with the team the following year, where he finished fifth in the standings with a best finish of fifth at Tours Speedway. Automotodrom Grobnik is a motorsport race track located in Čavle, north of Rijeka, Croatia. The circuit was built in 15 months and was opened in 14 September 1978. From 1978 to 1990, it hosted the Yugoslavian motorcycle Grand Prix of MotoGP. Currently, among other competitions, the automotodrom hosts the Croatia Prix, which is a valid race for the FIA CEZ Formula 3 Championship. In 2020, Rijeka also hosted NASCAR Whelen Euro Series rounds as a late replacement for Autodrom Most, whose round was cancelled late in the season due to COVID-19 restrictions. The 2022 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series is the fourteenth Racecar Euro Series season, and the tenth under the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series branding. The season began on 14 May with the NASCAR GP Spain at Circuit Ricardo Tormo and ended on 30 October with the EuroNASCAR Finals at Automotodrom Grobnik. ACI Vallelunga Circuit
The Autodromo Vallelunga Piero Taruffi is a racing circuit situated north of Rome, Italy, near Vallelunga of Campagnano. Vallelunga was built as a sand oval in 1951. From 1963 the circuit held the Rome Grand Prix, and in 1967 a new loop was added when the track became the property of the Automobile Club d'Italia (ACI). Further refurbishment was undertaken in 1971. The track is named for the famous Italian racing driver Piero Taruffi. In August 2004 work started on a extension to the track, bringing the track up to its current length. The 2021 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series is the thirteenth Racecar Euro Series season, and the ninth under the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series branding.
