Kiên Giang FC
Dugong Kiên Giang Football Club () is a Vietnamese football club, based in Rạch Giá, Kiên Giang Province. The club plays its home games at Rạch Giá Stadium. History Kienlongbank Kiên Giang were runners-up to Sài Gòn Xuân Thành in the 2011 Vietnamese First Division and are promoted to the Super League for the 2012 season. In 2013, Kiên Giang withdrew from professional football due to lack of funds, so the team was dissolved. In the 2017 season, Kiên Giang re-established and returned to the Vietnamese football system, participate in the 2017 National Third League, but the team did not succeed with a losing record. In 2018, Kiên Giang football did not participate in the 3rd division, so it was disbanded again. In the 2022 season, the club renamed Dugong Kiên Giang Club was established again by current chairman Nguyen Anh Tuan to attend the 2022 National Third Division. Kiến Giang River
The Kiến Giang River () is a river in Lệ Thủy District, Quảng Bình Province, North Central Coast, Vietnam. The length of the river is 58 km. It is a tributary of the Nhật Lệ River. The Kiến Giang River originates in the Annamite Range (Truong Son Range) where various streams add water to it. The upper part of this river is sloping, therefore rain water from Annamite Range flows violently to the lower part in rainy seasons (in autumn), causing floods in it basin. Thanks to An Ma Dam, this situation has been stopped. Unlike other rivers in Vietnam which flow southeast, the Kiến Giang River flows northeast, and creates a narrow delta in Lệ Thủy District. Like all of the rivers in Central Vietnam, this river water is clear, which means that it carries little alluvium. Kiên Giang Province
Kiên Giang was a former province of Vietnam, located in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam. It is known for fishing and rice farming. The provincial capital is Rạch Giá, from Ho Chi Minh City. Kiên Giang's area is and its population is about 1,723,067 (2019), of which 22 percent live in urban areas. Kiên Giang is bordered with An Giang province in the northeast, Cần Thơ and Hậu Giang provinces in the east, Bạc Liêu province in the southeast and Cà Mau province in the south, and Kampot province of Cambodia (with the border) in the west, and the Gulf of Thailand in the southwest (with the coast). Hà Giang (, ) is a city located on the banks of the Lô River in Northeast Vietnam. It is the capital of Hà Giang Province. The city has an area of 135.33 km2 and had a population of 55,559 inhabitants as of the 2019 census. Hà Giang (, ) was formerly a Provinces of Vietnam, province in the Northeast (Vietnam), Northeast region of Vietnam. It was located in the far north of the country, and contains Vietnam's northernmost point. It shared a 270 km long China-Vietnam border, border with Yunnan province of southern China, and thus was known as Vietnam's final frontier.
