Geert Nentjes
Geert Nentjes (born 4 September 1998) is a Dutch professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation events. He won 4 titles on the PDC Development Tour. Career Geert Nentjes played on the PDC Development Tour for the first time in 2016. Thanks to good performances, he qualified for the 2017 PDC World Youth Championship and reached the Second round on his debut. The following year, Nentjes took part in the Q-School in Hildesheim but was unable to win a Tour Card. In 2018, he qualified for the 2018 UK Open, but was knocked out in the second round by Darryl Pilgrim. In November 2018, he qualified for the 2019 PDC World Darts Championship as one of the two the highest ranked players on the PDC Development Tour, along with Ted Evetts. Martin Schindler (born 16 August 1996) is a German professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number eighteen. A PDC Tour Card holder since 2017, he has won four ranking titles. He won 2025 Players Championship 8 and has won three PDC European Tours; the International Darts Open and Swiss Darts Trophy in 2024, and the 2025 Austrian Darts Open. Nicknamed "the Wall", Schindler is a two-time major televised event quarter-finalist, reaching the last eight at the World Grand Prix and UK Open, both in 2023. It was the twenty-first year of the tournament where players compete in a single-elimination tournament to be crowned champion. The tournament was held at Butlin's Minehead, England, between 3–5 March 2023. The Ladbrokes UK Open is a ranking major darts tournament held annually at the Butlins Minehead Resort by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) in England. The event is often referred to as the "FA Cup of darts" as it has an unseeded open draw made after each round, and entry is open to players at all levels of darts. Leonard Gates (born November 26, 1970) is an American professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), World Darts Federation (WDF) and World Seniors Darts (WSD) events. In the World Seniors he won three televised titles in 2023; the WSDT Champion of Champions, World Seniors Matchplay and the World Seniors Masters. Kirk Shepherd (born 5 October 1986) is an English former professional darts player who competed in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) tournaments. He is best known for finishing as runner-up in the 2008 PDC World Darts Championship after starting the tournament as a 1000/1 outsider. Career BDO Shepherd won the Winmau World Youth Masters in 2003, the British Teenage Singles Champion in 2004 and 2006 and was twice voted British Darts Organisation Young Player of the Year in 2005 and 2006.
