Galo Maringá, formerly known as Aruko Sports Brasil, is a Brazilian Association football, football club based in Maringá, Paraná (state), Paraná. Founded in 2020, the club plays in the Campeonato Paranaense. History Founded on 18 December 2020, as a football branch of ''Aruko Group Japan'' and idealized by former footballer Alessandro Santos, Aruko (which means "go hand in hand") played their first official on 2 October 2021, a 2–0 Campeonato Paranaense Série Bronze win over . The club ended the 2021 Série Bronze as champions, achieving promotion to the Campeonato Paranaense Série Prata. In the 2022 Série Prata, Aruko reached the finals and achieved promotion to the 2023 Campeonato Paranaense, but lost the finals to Foz do Iguaçu Futebol Clube, Foz do Iguaçu. Aruko finished the 2023 Paranaense in the seventh position, being eliminated in the quarterfinals of the competition. Aruko Sports Brasil
is a Japanese manga artist. After debuting in 1999, she launched her first series, ''Yasuko to Kenji'', in 2005. Following its completion, she began illustrating Kazune Kawahara's ''My Love Story!!'' in 2011, which performed well and received multiple adaptations. Following ''My Love Story!!''s completion, Aruko began illustrating ''My Love Mix-Up!'' in 2019. Biography Aruko was born in Ishikawa Prefecture on July 26. Aruko debuted as a manga artist in 1999 with the one-shot ''Ame no Chi Hare'', published in ''Bessatsu Margaret''. After writing a couple more one shots, she launched ''Yasuko to Kenji'' in 2005. It would later receive a TV drama adaptation. Following ''Yasuko to Kenji''s completion, Aruko penned a few more one-shots. Alessandro Santos
, often known as Alex, is a former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Born in Brazil, he became a Japanese citizen and made 82 appearances for the Japan national team. Club career Santos was born in Maringá in Paraná and moved to Japan in 1994 at the age of sixteen. He enrolled in Meitoku Gijuku High School in Kōchi and played football for the school club. After graduating from the school, he joined the J1 League team Shimizu S-Pulse in 1997. In 1999, the club won the second place and he received the J.League Player of the Year. 2023 Campeonato Paranaense
The 2023 Campeonato Paranaense (officially the Campeonato Paranaense 1XBET 2023 for sponsorship reasons) was the 109th edition of the top division of football in the state of Paraná organized by FPF. The competition began on 14 January and ended on 9 April 2023. Coritiba were the defending champions but were eliminated in the quarter-finals. Format In the first stage, each team played the other eleven teams in a single round-robin tournament. The teams were ranked according to points. If tied on points, the following criteria would be used to determine the ranking: 1. Wins; 2. Goal difference; 3. Goals scored; 4. Head-to-head results (only between two teams); 5.
