The Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver is a professional school of international affairs offering undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees. It is named in honor of the founding dean, Josef Korbel, father of former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. The Geoscience Information Society (GSIS) is a nonprofit organization reflecting all aspects of the geosciences that works toward solutions to the information challenges faced by geoscience researchers. Membership in the Society reflects the different groups interested in addressing these challenges including commercial firms, academic institutions, government bodies, publishers and other related organizations, both national and international. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS; ) is a government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) in the Philippines that serves ''de jure'' government employees. Established by Commonwealth Act No. 186 and Republic Act No. 8291 (the GSIS Act of 1997), the GSIS is a social insurance institution that provides a defined benefit scheme. It insures its members against specific contingencies in exchange for monthly premium contributions. The GSIS Museo ng Sining (English: GSIS Museum of Art) or the GSIS Museum is an art museum in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines established on April 23, 1996. It is located at the GSIS Building within the Financial Center Area of Bay City. The museum features artworks of Filipino artists from the colonial period to the contemporary period and also serves as an exhibit area for Filipino artists.
