G5 Carbine
The G13 carbine was a proposed Georgian military firearm which was supposed to be an analogue to the American M4 carbine and German HK416 carbine.http://cs304906.userapi.com/v304906508/108a/ZRXhod3I4ro.jpg It has been developed in 2012 by the Georgian military Scientific-Technical Center "Delta" in order to construct an alternative to the M4 carbine, which is in service of the Georgian Armed Forces. The G13 was to come with modified attachment kits and optics as standard issue. Characteristics According to DELTA, the G13's design is primarily based on the M4 but differs significantly in terms of firing mechanism and durability. The interior bears a short-stroke piston gas operated system in combination with improved back components. The probability of problematic issues that would occur with standard issue M4 carbines like jamming or overheating after a certain number of rounds were fired are decisively reduced so that the overall reliability is improved. Furthermore, the de ...

Gribovsky G-5
The Gribovsky G-5 () was a small, low powered Russian single seat sports aircraft from the late 1920s. Design and development The G-5 was the first powered Gribovsky aircraft to fly; his first three designs were gliders and the first powered type, the Gribovsky G-4, though built, was not flown. Structurally all of his aircraft were wooden and several had smooth, rounded monocoque fuselages. That of the G-5 was oval in cross-section, with a single, open cockpit. Its low, cantilever wing had a high aspect ratio (9.0) for the time and the rear surfaces were also high aspect ratio. All flying surfaces were unbraced, keeping the G-5 aerodynamically clean, and the only external bracing was for the main landing gear. The G-5 was powered by a small British British may refer to: Peoples, culture, and language * British people, nationals or natives of the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies. * British national identity, the characteristics of British p ...

Ganesha (psychedelic)
Ganesha (G or G-1), also known as 2,5-dimethoxy-3,4-dimethylamphetamine, is a lesser-known psychedelic drug. It is also a substituted amphetamine. It was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin. In his book ''PiHKAL'', the dosage range is listed as 24–32 mg. The drug is usually taken orally, although other routes such as rectally may also be used. Ganesha is synthesized from 2,5-dimethoxy-3,4-dimethylbenzaldehyde. Ganesha is the amphetamine analog of 2C-G. It is a particularly long lasting drug, with the duration listed in ''PiHKAL'' as being 18–24 hours, which might make it undesirable to some users. It is named after the Hindu deity, Ganesha. Very little is known about the dangers or toxicity of ganesha. Effects of ganesha include: * Strong closed-eye visuals * An increased appreciation of music * Powerful relaxation and tranquility Homologues G-3 2,5-Dimethoxy-3,4-(trimethylene)amphetamine: * Dosage: 12–18 mg * Duration: 8-12 h * Effects: Enhancement of rea ...

Haplogroup G2c (Y-DNA)
Haplogroup G-M377 is a Y-chromosome haplogroup defined by the presence of the M377 mutation. It is a subclade of Haplogroup G2b-M3115, which in turn is defined by the M3115 mutation. Haplogroup G-M377 has been observed among Pashtuns, an Iranic ethnic group, and at lower frequencies among all major Jewish groups, including Ashkenazi, Sephardi, and Mizrahi Jews, as well as among Palestinians, Lebanese, and Syrians. Origin G presents more mysteries regarding its origin and distribution than virtually any other major Y haplogroup. Haplogroups that are rare in certain regions are more common in another, and have rather clear origins in other places where they are more commonly found. G-M377 has none of these obvious characteristics. Until the Second World War it was most common by far in Eastern Europe, a region where it arrived comparatively recently, but rare in other regions; including its likely area of origin. The distribution of G-M377 is sparse and dispersed, with almost no ...

Group 5 Element
Group 5 is a group of elements in the periodic table. Group 5 contains vanadium (V), niobium (Nb), tantalum (Ta) and dubnium (Db). This group lies in the d-block of the periodic table. This group is sometimes called the vanadium group or vanadium family after its lightest member; however, the group itself has not acquired a trivial name because it belongs to the broader grouping of the transition metals. As is typical for early transition metals, niobium and tantalum have only the group oxidation state of +5 as a major one, and are quite electropositive (it is easy to donate electrons) and have a less rich coordination chemistry (the chemistry of metallic ions bound with molecules). Due to the effects of the lanthanide contraction, the decrease in ionic radii in the lanthanides, they are very similar in properties. Vanadium is somewhat distinct due to its smaller size: it has well-defined +2, +3 and +4 states as well (although +5 is more stable). The lighter three Group 5 el ...

Stellar Classification
In astronomy, stellar classification is the classification of stars based on their stellar spectrum, spectral characteristics. Electromagnetic radiation from the star is analyzed by splitting it with a Prism (optics), prism or diffraction grating into a spectrum exhibiting the Continuum (spectrum), rainbow of colors interspersed with spectral lines. Each line indicates a particular chemical element or molecule, with the line strength indicating the abundance of that element. The strengths of the different spectral lines vary mainly due to the temperature of the photosphere, although in some cases there are true abundance differences. The ''spectral class'' of a star is a short code primarily summarizing the ionization state, giving an objective measure of the photosphere's temperature. Most stars are currently classified under the Morgan–Keenan (MK) system using the letters ''O'', ''B'', ''A'', ''F'', ''G'', ''K'', and ''M'', a sequence from the hottest (''O'' type) to the cool ...

Gotha G
''Gothaer Waggonfabrik'' (''Gotha'', GWF) was a German manufacturer of rolling stock established in the late nineteenth century at Gotha (town), Gotha. During the two world wars, the company expanded into aircraft building. World War I In World War I, Gotha was the manufacturer of a highly successful series of bombers based on a Gotha G.I, 1914 design by Oskar Ursinus and developed by Hans Burkhard. From 1917, the Burkhard-designed twin Pusher configuration, pusher biplane bomber aircraft were capable of carrying out strategic bombing missions over England, the first heavier-than-air aircraft used in this role. Several dozen of these bombers were built in a number of subtypes - the Ursinus-based Gotha G.I, and the succeeding Burkhard-designed Gotha G.II, G.II, Gotha G.III, G.III, Gotha G.IV, G.IV, and Gotha G.V, G.V. This last variant was the most prolific, with thirty-six in squadron service at one point. Inter war years Whilst Germany was prohibited from military aircraft ...
