FesTVal
FesTVal is the main Spanish annual television and radio festival which takes place in the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz in the Basque Country of northern Spain. The festival, an initiative of the ''Asociación Cultural Fila 2'', began in 2009 and runs during the first week of September. The festival program features previews of new shows, special screenings, roundtable discussions, and a ceremony where the Joan Ramón Mainat and Crítics' prizes are awarded. The event is hosted by EITB, the Basque Country public broadcast service. Vitoria-Gasteiz (; ), also alternatively spelled as Vittoria in old English-language sources, is the seat of government and the capital city of the Basque Country and of the province of Álava in northern Spain. Operación Triunfo
''Star Academy'', called ''Operación Triunfo'' ("Operation Triumph") in Spanish-speaking countries, is a highly successful television pop music talent contest with viewer voting and reality show elements. Format There are many versions of the ''Star Academy'' or ''Operación Triunfo'' show, each country having its own slight variations, but the basic concept remains the same: contestants live in a boarding-school called "The Academy", managed by a director, and various teachers coach them in several artistic disciplines. Reserve wine is wine of a higher quality than usual, a wine that has been aged before sale, or both. María Teresa Campos Luque (born 18 June 1941) is a Spanish journalist and television presenter. She was born in Tétouan, then Spanish protectorate in Morocco, the third of the six children of an upper-middle-class family. She moved to Málaga in 1942 and later to Madrid. Callejeros
Callejeros (streetwise or stray dogs) was an Argentine rock band that gained international notoriety when the nightclub where they were playing, República Cromañon, was set on fire during one of its shows, killing 194 attendees, in 2004. History The band was formed in mid-1995 by a group of young people of Villa Celina, Greater Buenos Aires. They were known initially as ''Río Verde'' ("Green River") and mostly played covers of Chuck Berry, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota. ''Muchachada Nui'' is a Spanish television comedy show, consisting of unrelated sketches that use absurd and surreal humour. It was broadcast on La 2 of Televisión Española. It is the sequel of La hora Chanante, that first aired on Paramount Comedy (Spain).
