''Free Fall'' is the first full-length studio album by Swedish people, Swedish heavy metal music, heavy metal songwriter, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist and Record producer, producer Magnus Karlsson (musician), Magnus Karlsson. Magnus Karlsson (musician)
Magnus Karlsson (born 26 November 1973) is a Swedish heavy metal musician, songwriter and producer. He is currently a session musician and songwriter of the band Primal Fear, as well as for other projects like his own ''Free Fall''. Biography Magnus attended school to study classical guitar when he was 10 years old. Later on he was very much into "The New Wave of British Heavy Metal" of bands such as Iron Maiden, Dio, Judas Priest and Black Sabbath. His influences as a guitarist were Steve Morse, Steve Vai and Allan Holdsworth. He has played in various metal and fusion bands early on and developed a style which mixes metal and folk music. His first critically acclaimed musical project was with the band Last Tribe, which has released three full-length albums. In 2004, Magnus started to work as a session musician in a project put together by Frontiers Records, which had the intention to have two acclaimed heavy metal vocalists singing together as a duet. Last Tribe (Swedish Band)
Last Tribe was a Swedish melodic power metal/progressive metal band founded by guitarist Magnus Karlsson. They were active from 2000 to 2003, releasing three studio albums. History Karlsson was born south of Sweden in 1973. He started playing guitar at age 10 and quickly joined many bands. In 1996, he started an education at Malmö College of Music and was awarded a master's degree in music education in 2000. Karlsson joined the band Midnight Sun on the album ''Nemesis'' in 1999. He quickly received much attention due to his skills with a guitar and decided that it was time for him to start his own band. The result was Last Tribe with their first album ''The Ritual'' in 2001. The album was a success and so the band decided to write another album, only this time, without Kristoffer and Pär. TNT is a Norwegian hard rock band from Trondheim, formed in 1982. The band has released fourteen studio albums, three EPs and four live albums while going through numerous lineup changes since its formation. Gamma Ray is a German power metal band from Hamburg, founded and fronted by Kai Hansen after his departure from power metal band Helloween, in 1989. He is the band's lead vocalist, guitarist and chief songwriter. Between 1990 and 2014, Gamma Ray recorded eleven studio albums. Adrenaline Mob is an American Heavy metal music, heavy metal supergroup (music), supergroup formed in early 2011 by singer Russell Allen, guitarist Mike Orlando and drummer Mike Portnoy. Allen-Lande
Allen/___ is a set of collaborative metal supergroup projects by Symphony X vocalist Russell Allen. The first collaboration, Allen/Lande was formed in 2005 by Italian record company Frontiers, though none of the members are Italian. It takes its name from Allen and its other singer former Masterplan vocalist Jørn Lande. The project started with Swedish guitarist Magnus Karlsson ( Primal Fear, Starbreaker, Last Tribe) as producer, main instrumentalist and songwriter. Together with drummer Jaime Salazar, the quatuor released three albums: '' The Battle'' (2005), '' The Revenge'' (2007), and '' The Showdown'' (2010). Symphony X is an American progressive metal band from Middletown, New Jersey. Founded in 1994, the band consists of guitarist Michael Romeo, keyboardist Michael Pinnella, drummer Jason Rullo, lead vocalist Russell Allen and bassist Michael LePond. Masterplan is a German power metal band founded by guitarist Roland Grapow and drummer Uli Kusch upon leaving Helloween in 2001. History During Helloween's tour of their album '' The Dark Ride'' in 2001, members Roland Grapow and Uli Kusch (who had been in the band since 1989 and 1994, respectively) decided to form a side project. As the other Helloween members felt the two were more focused on their side project than Helloween at the time, both were later fired from the band. The name "Masterplan" was born out of the idea that they would be master musicians with the future in their hands, starting the newest power metal band of the new millennium. At Vance
At Vance is a neoclassical/power metal band formed in Germany. They were formed by vocalist Oliver Hartmann (ex-Centers) and guitarist Olaf Lenk (ex-Velvet Viper) in 1998. Biography At Vance started easily. With the combined credentials of vocalist Oliver Hartmann and guitarist Olaf Lenk, At Vance easily obtained a deal with Shark Records. Voodoo Circle, also known as Alex Beyrodt's Voodoo Circle, is a German hard rock band founded in 2008, as a project of Silent Force guitarist Alex Beyrodt (currently also playing with heavy metal band Primal Fear (band), Primal Fear) who had the idea to re-think his personal vision of music, making songs more based on his early influences, such as Whitesnake, Yngwie Malmsteen, Deep Purple and Rainbow (English band), Rainbow.
