Fenuki Tupou
Fenuki Aisea Tupou (born May 2, 1985) is an American former professional football player who was a guard in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oregon Ducks and was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 2009 NFL draft. Early life Tupou was raised in Antelope, California, where he attended Center High School as a two-way lineman. He went on to attend Sierra College for two years, earning a Junior College All-American honorable mention in 2005. Tupou was recruited by Oregon, where he eventually committed. He redshirted in 2006, before starting 23 games at offensive tackle for the Ducks over the course of his junior and senior year, earning All- Pacific-10 honors both seasons. In American football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is an Lineman (gridiron football), offensive line player who lines up between the center (American football), center and the offensive tackle, tackles. Like other offensive line positions, guards are used primarily for Blocking (American football), blocking. Right guards (RG) is the term for the guards on the right of the offensive line, while left guards (LG) are on the left side. Notable guards in the National Football League include Chris Lindstrom (Atlanta Falcons), Quentin Nelson (Indianapolis Colts), and Joe Thuney (Chicago Bears). The Pac-12 Conference is a collegiate athletic conference in the Western United States. The California Golden Bears football program represents the University of California, Berkeley, in college football as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference at the NCAA Division I FBS level. Viliami Alfred Moala ( ; March 30, 1993 – September 28, 2023) was an American football defensive tackle of Tongan descent. He played college football at California. Moala attended Grant Union High School in Del Paso Heights, Sacramento, California, where he was a consensus All-American defensive lineman. Early life Before high school, Moala did not compete in football. In fact, he was competing in rugby, national sport in his native Tonga. He did, however, attend football games of Grant Union High School, where his older brother Sione was playing. Christian Philip Tupou (born May 7, 1989) is an American football defensive end. He was undrafted but signed with the Chicago Bears in 2012. He played college football at USC. High school career Tupou played defensive end and fullback at Grant High School in Sacramento, California. He had 82 tackles and 5 sacks in 2006 as Grant went 13-0. As a junior in 2005, he was All-Area, All-City and All-League as he had 85 tackles, 16 sacks and 3 fumble recoveries. College career Tupou started for three seasons at nose tackle for the USC Trojans. He was named 2008 Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention as a Political Science major.
