Farouk El-Fishawy
Farouk El-Fishawy (; 5 February 1952 – 25 July 2019) was an Egyptian film and television actor. He was known for '' Al-Mashbouh'' (1981). Early life He was born as Mohamed Farouk El-Fishawy in Sirs El-Layan, Monufia Governorate on 5 February 1952. He was one of the youngest of his 3 brothers and 2 sisters. His father died when he was 11 years old and his elder brother Rashad El-Fishawy took care of him and raised him. He received his bachelor's degree in general medicine and before that he received his Bachelor of Arts from Ain Shams University. Career He started his career in the 1970s and starred in dozens of films and television series. Monufia Governorate
Monufia ( ' ) is one of the governorates of Egypt. Monufia’s name was derived from the hieroglyphic word “Nafr”, which means “The Good Land”. It is located in the northern part of the country in the Nile Delta, to the south of Gharbia Governorate and to the north of Cairo. The Alexandria International Film Festival for Mediterranean Countries (AIFF) is a film festival in Alexandria, Egypt. It was established in 1979. The festival is organized by the Egyptian Association of Film Writers and Critics (EAFWC). Ahmed El-Fishawy (); (born November 11, 1980) an Egyptian actor and son of recognized Egyptian actor Farouk al-Fishawy. Career His acting debut was with actress Faten Hamama in Wajh al-Qamar TV-Series. At 23 he starred in Afaret El Sayala (Ghosts of Sayala). His first movie was El Hassa El Sab'aa. Personal life El-Fishawy has been married four times, ending with divorce. His secret marriage with Hend El-Hennawi was a media and social scandal, due to his denial of being the father of their child, Lina. The case was closed after the court order of validation of paternity. On 22 May 2018, he announced his engagement to Nada Kamel. They held a small and private ceremony on the first of May. In November 2019, a court ruling was issued to annual a decision which banned Lina from traveling.
