''Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy'', known as ''Luxury Comedy 2: Tales from Painted Hawaii'' for series two, is a British surreal comedy television series written and directed by Noel Fielding and Nigel Coan. The initial format for the series changes after the first series, with series one being a surreal sketch show, and series two being a sitcom. The series stars Noel Fielding, his brother Michael Fielding, Tom Meeten, Dolly Wells, and occasionally Rich Fulcher, Dave Brown, and Richard Ayoade. The first episode premiered on 26 January 2012 on E4. The music for the first series was written by Noel Fielding and Kasabian's Sergio Pizzorno, a good friend of Fielding's, under the band name Loose Tapestries. Harold Douglas Hopkins (6 March 194411 December 2011) was an Australian film and television actor. Early life Hopkins was born in 1944 in Toowoomba, Queensland. He attended Toowoomba Grammar School as a day boy in 1958 and 1959. During the 1960s, he worked as an apprentice carpenter, and was exposed to asbestos fibres without protective masks or clothing. He and his twin brother John enrolled at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney, with Harold graduating in 1967. Harold Hopkins married twice. His second marriage was to Sue Collie, an actress he met in Melbourne in 1977, while starring in the original stage production of David Williamson's '' The Club'' at the MTC. John Howitt (6 July 1852 - 9 June 1923) FRIBA was an architect based in Nottingham. History He was the son of William Howitt of Underwood. He was educated at Holly Mount School, Nottingham and the Nottingham School of Art. He was articled to Samuel Dutton Walker of Nottingham in 1867 becoming chief assistant and managing clerk, and from 1879 entered partnership with him as Walker and Howitt up to the time of Walker's death in 1885, based in Severn Chambers, 10 Middle Pavement, Nottingham. He later set himself up in partnership with his son as J. Howitt and Son. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1890 and was president of the Nottingham Architectural Society from 1894-95.
