Andrew Hamilton Falloon (born 29 August 1983) is a former New Zealand politician, serving as a Member of Parliament in the House of Representatives for the National Party from 2017 until his resignation in July 2020. Early life Falloon was born in Ashburton in 1983. He received his education at Allenton Primary School before boarding at Christchurch Boys’ High School. John Falloon
John Howard Falloon (17 February 1942 – 4 October 2005) was a New Zealand politician. He was an MP from 1977 to 1996, representing the National Party in the Pahiatua electorate. Early life and family Falloon was born in Masterton on 17 February 1942, the son of Margaret Falloon (née Woodhead) and Douglas John Falloon. He was educated at Lindisfarne College and Massey University, graduating with a diploma in sheep farm management. Falloon had three children with his wife Philippa. His cousin, Ian Falloon, was one of the first psychiatrists to have family involved in the treatment of schizophrenia. Pat Falloon (born September 22, 1972) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey right winger who played nine seasons in the National Hockey League between 1991 and 2000. He played with the San Jose Sharks, Philadelphia Flyers, Ottawa Senators, Edmonton Oilers, and Pittsburgh Penguins. He would also play a season in the Swiss National League. The first player drafted by the Sharks, Falloon had a standout junior career with the Spokane Chiefs of the Western Hockey League, with consecutive 60 goal seasons before being drafted. Playing career Falloon was named Memorial Cup Tournament MVP in 1991 with the Spokane Chiefs of the WHL. Falloon was drafted 2nd overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. Colleen Falloon
Colleen Natalie Falloon (née McMaster; born 10 July 1943) is a former New Zealand netball player. She played 11 international matches for the New Zealand team between 1960 and 1963, including at the 1963 World Netball Championships. More recently she has been active in Masters athletics, winning multiple national marathon titles, in the W60, W65, W70 and W75 categories. Early life Falloon was born Colleen Natalie McMaster on 10 July 1943. She was educated at Christchurch West High School, and went on to study at Christchurch Teachers' College. Netball career McMaster began playing representative netball for Canterbury in 1959, and was described as "one of the outstanding players" at that year's national netball championships, where she gained South Island honours. Eddie Falloon
Edward Falloon (20 December 1903 – 4 July 1963) was an Irish professional football defender who played for Crusaders, Aberdeen, Clyde and Larne. Playing career Club career Falloon began his career with Belfast club Crusaders in the 1922/23 season. In 1927, he signed for Scottish club Aberdeen as a forward, before converting to a centre-half. In 1937, he was captain of Aberdeen in their first Scottish Cup final against Celtic, which Aberdeen lost 2–1. In the following season, 1937–38, he signed for Clyde in a £700 deal.
