FLCL Progressive
The second season of the ''FLCL'' anime series, titled ''FLCL Progressive'', is produced by Production I.G, Toho, and Adult Swim's production arm Williams Street. ''Progressive'' was chief directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro, with screenplay by Hideto Iwai. It originally aired from June 3 to July 7, 2018 in the United States on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block. In Japan, ''Progressive'' received a theatrical screening as a compilation film, with it opening on September 28, 2018. In addition to providing several tracks for the season, The Pillows performed the ending theme song "Spiky Seeds". In this season, Haruko returns to Earth years later after a failed attempt to contain Atomsk, although she did manage to absorb him. Adult Swim (AS; stylized as dult swim'' and often abbreviated as s'') is an American adult-oriented night-time cable television channel that shares channel space with the basic cable network Cartoon Network and is programmed by its in-house production studio, Williams Street. Fender Jazzmaster
The Fender Jazzmaster is an electric guitar designed as a more expensive sibling of the Fender Stratocaster. First introduced at the 1958 NAMM Show, it was initially marketed to jazz guitarists, but found favor among surf rock guitarists in the early 1960s. Its appearance is similar to the Jaguar, though it is tonally and physically different in many technical ways, including pickup design, scale length and controls. Development The Jazzmaster's contoured "offset-waist" body was designed for comfort while playing the guitar in a seated position, as many jazz and blues artists prefer to do. A full scale length, 'lead' and 'rhythm' circuit switching with independent volume and tone controls, a 'floating tremolo' with tremolo lock, and a uniquely designed bridge were other keys to the guitar's character. Mecha
In science fiction, or mechs are giant robots or machines controlled by people, typically depicted as humanoid walking vehicles. A pirate ship is a type of amusement ride based on pirate ships, consisting of an open, seated gondola (usually in the style of a pirate ship) which swings back and forth, subjecting the rider to various levels of angular momentum. A variant where the riders must pull on ropes to swing the ride is known as a swing boat. The Chevrolet Bel Air is a full-size car produced by Chevrolet for the 1950–1975 model years. The Pillows
are a Japanese alternative rock band formed in 1989. The group has released 22 studio albums, several EPs and compilations, and over 40 singles. Outside Japan, they are best known as the group responsible for the soundtrack to the ''FLCL'' anime series. History Formation and early years (1989–1994) In 1989 Kenji Ueda, bassist for Kenzi & The Trips, left the band with former Kenzi's drummer Shinichiro Sato and invited The Coin Locker Babies vocalist Sawao Yamanaka to form a new band. Yoshiaki Manabe, the guitarist of the hair metal band Persia, joined them. The Pillows were formed on 16 September 1989. FLCL (season 1)
Retroactively known as the first season of the ''FLCL'' series, all episodes of the 2000 Japanese original video animation series were directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki and produced by the ''FLCL'' Production Committee, which included Gainax, Production I.G, and Starchild Records. The English adaptation was licensed by Synch-Point, which released the DVDs and soundtrack. After Synch-Point went out of business, Funimation licensed and re-released the series on Blu-ray and DVD.
