Norma Tallinn was an Estonia, Estonian Football team, football club. Norma Tallinn became the first Estonian champions after the Soviet Union collapse, they went on to defend their title next year, in 1993. Norma also won the Estonian Cup in 1994. The club was relegated to the second division in 1995 and to the third the following year. Norma Tallinn were dissolved after the 1996–97 season. Meistriliiga (), officially known as A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons, and commonly known as the Premium Liiga, is the highest division of the Estonian Football Association annual football championship. The league was founded in 1992, and was initially semi-professional with amateur clubs allowed to compete. With the help of solidarity mechanisms, the league is fully professional since the 2020 season. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter, the season starts in March and ends in November. Meistriliiga consists of ten clubs, all teams play each other four times. After each season, the bottom team is relegated to the Esiliiga, the Estonian second division league. Valeri Bondarenko
Valeri Bondarenko (born 22 April 1953) is an Estonian football coach and a former player. A midfielder, he played for Norma Tallinn from 1971 to 1979. From 1993 to 1994, he was the assistant coach of the Estonia national team. From 1998 to 1999, he was an assistant and head coach of the Estonian U18 team. In 1997–1998, 1999–2000, 2004–2008, 2010, 2013–2014 and he was the coach of Narva Trans, from 2000 to 2003 FC Levadia's coach, and from 2008 to 2009 Rovaniemi PS's coach. Uno Piir (12 November 1929 – 4 May 2025) was an Estonian association football, football coach and player. He was the first manager of the Estonia national football team, Estonia national team after the Soviet occupation. In 1997, together with Anton Siht and Värner Lootsmann, he re-established the Nõmme Kalju FC, Nõmme Kalju football club and coached it until 2004. On 4 May 2025, Uno died aged 95.
