Ernie Brandts
Ernstus "Ernie" Wilhelmus Johannes Brandts (born 3 February 1956) is a Dutch football manager and former player. Playing career Club Born in Didam, he played for local club De Sprinkhanen before joining De Graafschap at 17. After three seasons he moved on to PSV with whom he won two Eredivisie league titles in 7 seasons. He later played for Roda JC, MVV and Belgian side Germinal Ekeren before returning to his first professional club De Graafschap. International Brandts earned 28 caps and scored five goals for the Netherlands national football team and played in the 1978 FIFA World Cup. In a second-round match against Italy, he became the first player to score goals for both teams in the same match in the World Cup. He scored an own goal in the 18th minute, and then scored the equalizer for the Netherlands in the 50th minute. Nieuw-Dijk
Nieuw-Dijk is a village in the municipality of Montferland in the Dutch province of Gelderland, close to Germany, with a population of approximately 834 people. Didam
Didam (locally, Diem) is a town in the Netherlands in the eastern part of Netherlands in the region of "De Achterhoek", province of Gelderland. It is located in the municipality of Montferland about 18 km east of Arnhem, which is the capital of the province, and about 11 km west from Doetinchem. History People in Didam speak a dialect called "diems", and many people speak achterhoeks (which is the dialect of the region "Achterhoek") which is very similar to diems. Young Africans Sports Club, commonly referred as Yanga is a Tanzanian professional football club based in Jangwani, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Founded in 1935, the club play their home games at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium. Nicknamed "Yanga" (Young Boys), the club has won 28 league titles and number of domestic cups, and have participated in multiple CAF Champions League editions. Robert Patrick Maaskant (; born 10 January 1969) is a Dutch former professional footballer and current manager, who played as a midfielder. Club career Maaskant played for Go Ahead Eagles, Emmen, Motherwell, Zwolle and Excelsior. Managerial career A former assistant at Go Ahead Eagles and Zwolle, Maaskant was named head coach of RBC Roosendaal for the 1999–2000 season. He worked there for three years, before joining Go Ahead Eagles. Maaskant worked in Deventer for seven months, came back to Roosendaal, and then moved on to Willem II in the summer of 2004. Arend "Arie" Haan (; born 16 November 1948) is a Dutch football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. He scored 6 goals in 35 matches for the Netherlands national team of the 1970s. At club level, he enjoyed a successful career with AFC Ajax, R.S.C. Anderlecht, Standard Liège and PSV Eindhoven. An own goal, also called a self goal, is where a player performs actions that result in them or their team scoring a goal on themselves, often resulting in a point for the opposing team, such as when a football player kicks a ball into their own net or goal, awarding the other team a point. In some parts of the world, the term has become a metaphor for ''any'' action that backfires on the person or group undertaking it, sometimes even carrying a sense of "poetic justice".
