Eric Lundgren
Clifford Eric Lundgren is an American social entrepreneur, innovator and advocate best known for recycling electronic waste and developing cost-effective Lithium-ion battery solutions. He is the current CEO of BigBattery. He was the COO of MiningSky and Founder of IT Asset Partners, Inc. (ITAP), an electronics reuse and Hybrid Recycling company. Lundgren is a globally known advocate for the Right to Repair movement, and his sacrifices have become a catalyst for widespread legislation change. In 2017, Lundgren served a year in prison after pleading guilty to copying 28,000 Microsoft restore discs that he intended to use in recycled computers. Media attention surrounding his sentencing helped charge the Right to Repair movement, which advocates for building a society that repairs and reuses as much as possible. Lynden, Washington
Lynden is a city in Whatcom County, Washington, United States. It is located north of Bellingham and approximately south of the Canada–US border. The city is located along the Nooksack River and State Route 539. The population of Lynden is about 14,259, according to the United States Census Bureau. Lynden is also home to the annual Northwest Washington Fair. History Lynden was founded in the 1870s by Holden and Phoebe Judson near the site of the Nooksack Indian village Squahamish. Phoebe Judson named it after the riverside town in ''Hohenlinden'', a poem by Thomas Campbell. According to her book, ''A Pioneer's Search for an Ideal Home'', she changed the spelling of "Linden" to be more visually appealing. Lynden was officially incorporated as a city on March 16, 1891.
