Exceptional Object
Many branches of mathematics study objects of a given type and prove a classification theorem. A common theme is that the classification results in a number of series of objects and a finite number of exceptions — often with desirable properties — that do not fit into any series. These are known as exceptional objects. In many cases, these exceptional objects play a further and important role in the subject. Furthermore, the exceptional objects in one branch of mathematics often relate to the exceptional objects in others. A related phenomenon is exceptional isomorphism, when two series are in general different, but agree for some small values. For example, spin groups in low dimensions are isomorphic to other classical Lie groups. Exception (computer Science)
In computing and computer programming, exception handling is the process of responding to the occurrence of ''exceptions'' – anomalous or exceptional conditions requiring special processing – during the execution of a program. In general, an exception breaks the normal flow of execution and executes a pre-registered ''exception handler''; the details of how this is done depend on whether it is a hardware or software exception and how the software exception is implemented. Exceptions are defined by different layers of a computer system, and the typical layers are CPU-defined interrupts, operating system (OS)-defined signals, programming language-defined exceptions. Each layer requires different ways of exception handling although they may be interrelated, e.g. a CPU interrupt could be turned into an OS signal. In mathematics, an exceptional isomorphism, also called an accidental isomorphism, is an isomorphism between members ''a''''i'' and ''b''''j'' of two families, usually infinite, of mathematical objects, which is incidental, in that it is not an instance of a general pattern of such isomorphisms.Because these series of objects are presented differently, they are not identical objects (do not have identical descriptions), but turn out to describe the same object, hence one refers to this as an isomorphism, not an equality (identity). ''The Exception'' is a 2016 romantic war film directed by David Leveaux (in his directorial debut) and written by Simon Burke, based on Alan Judd's 2003 novel '' The Kaiser's Last Kiss''. Christian Jungersen
Christian Jungersen is a Danish novelist whose works have been translated into 20 languages. He has published three novels in Danish – ''Krat'' (1999), ''Undtagelsen'' (2004, published in English as ''The Exception'' in 2006), and ''Du Forsvinder'' (2012, published as ''You Disappear'' in 2014). Background and education Jungersen earned a master's in communication and social science from Roskilde University. Before publishing his first novel, he taught film at Folkeuniversitetet, an open university in Copenhagen. He also worked as an advertising copywriter, a manuscript consultant, and a TV screenwriter. Amanda Collin (born 4 March 1986) is a Danish actress. "Exception" is a pop rock song recorded by the Swedish pop/rock music singer Ana Johnsson. The song was released as second single from her second studio album '' Little Angel'' on October 11, 2006. Her official Swedish website also posted that the song it to be the theme song to the Swedish thriller movie ''Exit'', which premiered October 6, 2006 in Sweden. The single debuted at number ten in the Swedish Singles Charts. Swedish singer Dilba co-wrote the song with Johnsson and provides some of the backing vocals on the track. Kasper Lindgren from Prime STH plays the drums on the track.
