Eurovision Song Contest 2023
The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 was the 67th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Liverpool, United Kingdom, as , the winner of the with the song "Stefania (song), Stefania" by Kalush Orchestra, was unable to host the event due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russian invasion of the country. The contest was organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), with the BBC, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) acting as host broadcaster on behalf of the Suspilne, Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (UA:PBC). It was held at Liverpool Arena, and consisted of two semi-finals on 9 and 11 May and a final on 13 May 2023. Liverpool Arena, known for sponsorship reasons as the M&S Bank Arena and previously the Echo Arena, is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the city centre of Liverpool, England. Lorine Zineb Nora Talhaoui (born 16 October 1983), known professionally as Loreen (), is a Swedish singer and songwriter. The Walker Art Gallery is an art gallery in Liverpool, which houses one of the largest art collections in England outside London. It is part of the National Museums Liverpool group. History The Walker Art Gallery's collection dates from 1819 when the Liverpool Royal Institution acquired 37 paintings from the collection of William Roscoe, who had to sell his collection following the failure of his banking business, though it was saved from being broken up by his friends and associates. Pier Head
The Pier Head (properly, George's Pier Head) is a riverside location in the city centre of Liverpool, England. It was part of the former Liverpool Maritime Mercantile City UNESCO World Heritage Site, which was inscribed in 2004, but revoked in 2021. Peter Boström
Peter Boström (born 19 May 1971) is a Swedish music producer and songwriter. He is also known as Bassflow. Boström wrote his first song at the age of seven. In 1992, at the age of 21, he started Bassflow Productions, a production company near Stockholm, Sweden. As a producer, he worked with a number of well-known Swedish artists including Bosson, Basic Element, Petrus, E-Type, Ola Svensson, Martin Stenmarck, Carola, and Charlotte Perrelli. He also wrote a number of songs for Melodifestivalen performers. In 2008, he signed for peermusic Sweden.
