Estádio Municipal do Trabalhador, commonly known as Estádio do Trabalhador, is a association football, football (soccer) stadium located in Resende, Rio de Janeiro, Resende, Rio de Janeiro (state), Rio de Janeiro state, Brazil. Resende () is a municipality in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro. The population is 132,312 (2020 est.) in an area of 1094 km2. Resendense refers to people or things that come from or inhabit Resende. It is the oldest town in this region, which has boundaries with the state of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Resende Futebol Clube, commonly known as Resende, is a Brazilian professional football club in Resende, Rio de Janeiro. The team compete in Campeonato Carioca, the top tier of the Rio de Janeiro state football league. History On June 6, 1909, the club was founded.
