Enrique de Jesús Gil Botero (Fredonia, Antioquia, Fredonia, Antioquia Department, Antioquia, December 9, 1953) is a Colombian politician and lawyer, who was a Magistrate of the State Council, rapporteur of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, and a specialist in Administrative law, Administrative and Constitutional law, Constitutional Law. Gil Botero served as Counselor of State of Colombia between January 2008 and December 2015, of which he was president between April 2008 and March 2009. From March 9, 2017 to August 7, 2018, he was Ministry of Justice and Law (Colombia), Minister of Justice and Law of Colombia, replacing Jorge Eduardo Londoño. Alberto Lleras Camargo
Alberto Lleras Camargo (3 July 1906 – 4 January 1990) was the 20th President of Colombia (1958–1962), and the 1st Secretary General of the Organization of American States (1948–1954). A journalist and liberal party politician, he also served as Minister of Government, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and as Minister of National Education in the administrations of President Alfonso López Pumarejo. He briefly attended the National University of Colombia in Bogotá to study politics, but dropped out later to pursue journalism. Lleras Camargo served as congressman of Colombia. Álvaro Uribe Vélez (born 4 July 1952) is a Colombian politician who served as the 31st President of Colombia from 7 August 2002 to 7 August 2010. Uribe started his political career in his home department of Antioquia.
