Elgin Cook
Elgin Rashad Cook (born January 15, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for Lenovo Tenerife of the Spanish Liga ACB. The son of former National Basketball Association (NBA) player Alvin Robertson, he played college basketball for Northwest Florida and Oregon. College career A forward from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Cook began his collegiate career at Northwest Florida State College. He redshirted a year after originally committing to Iowa State men's basketball. As a sophomore, he transferred to Oregon since his father was friends with one of Oregon's assistant coaches. He earned second-team All-Pac-12 honors as a junior. As a senior, Cook averaged 14.8 points and 5.1 rebounds per game and earned first-team All-Pac-12 honors. He was named Pac-12 Tournament MVP after averaging 17.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in the tournament. Golden State Warriors
The Golden State Warriors are an American professional basketball team based in San Francisco. 2016 NBA Summer League
The 2016 NBA Summer League consisted of three pro basketball leagues organized by the National Basketball Association (NBA): the Orlando Pro Summer League, Utah Jazz Summer League, and Las Vegas Summer League. Ten teams participated in the week-long Orlando Pro Summer League at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, from July 2 to 8, 2016. The Orlando Magic (White) won the Orlando Pro Summer League championship over the Detroit Pistons, 87–84 in overtime. Arinze Onuaku of Orlando Magic (White) was named the MVP. Alvin Robertson
Alvin Cyrrale Robertson (born July 22, 1962) is an American former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 1984 to 1993, and for one final season in 1995–96. Robertson holds the record for the most steals per game played, averaging 2.71 steals per game for his career and is the only player to ever have a season of 300 or more steals which he accomplished in the 1985–86 season. He is also the only guard in NBA history to have recorded a quadruple-double. Career Best known for his defense, the 6'4" Robertson played for ten years after being selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the seventh pick in the 1984 NBA draft out of Crowder Junior College and the University of Arkansas.
