Ed Fraiman
Ed Fraiman is a British filmmaker who won the Directors Guild of Great Britain Best Newcomer Award. He learned his craft at the Łódź Film School. He has since directed more than 70 episodes of television in the US and UK for Warner Brothers, Universal Pictures, BBC and Channel 4. Recently, Ed directed and executive produced 'Anaconda' the spin-off/embedded pilot for the Warner Brothers' show ' ''The 100''' on The CW Network. In total, Ed was the producing director on 29 episodes of the series and directed and/or produced over a third of the episodes spanning 7 seasons of the show. Directors Guild Of Great Britain
The Directors Guild of Great Britain (DGGB) was a professional organization that represented directors across all media, including film, television, theatre, radio, opera, commercials, music videos, corporate film/video and training, documentaries, multimedia and "new technology". It had evolved to become an independent trade union and a non-profit limited company, asset-linked to the Directors Guild Trust, the charity arm of the Guild. The Guild closed in 2015 and ceased operations in March 2017. The Directors Charitable Foundation continues the charity work of the Guild. Foundation The DGGB was founded in 1983 by a group of leading British directors who were dissatisfied by poor representation by technical trade unions. ''As If'' is a British comedy-drama programme broadcast on Channel 4. There were 76 episodes across four series, the first broadcast on 22 January 2001 and the last on 31 July 2004. Premise The series focused on six young adults who lived in London. Each episode was presented from a different character's point of view, which up to that point in time had never been done before in a comedy-drama television programme. ''Murphy's Law'' is a BBC television drama, produced by Tiger Aspect Productions for BBC Northern Ireland, starring James Nesbitt as an undercover police officer, Tommy Murphy.
