Duke Dumont
Adam George Dyment (born August 1981), better known by his stage name Duke Dumont, is an English DJ and record producer. He is best known for his hit singles " Need U (100%)" " I Got U", " Ocean Drive" and " Won't Look Back" which both reached number one and number two on the UK Singles Chart respectively. He founded the record label called Blasé Boys Club and has also used it as an alias for production. He has remixed a number of songs, including several which have charted in the United Kingdom. In 2014, " Need U (100%)", was nominated for "Best Dance Recording" for the 56th Annual Grammy Awards. Next year, " I Got U" was nominated in the same category. Harrow () is a large town in Greater London, England, and serves as the principal settlement of the London Borough of Harrow. Daniel (Bat For Lashes Song)
"Daniel" is a song by English recording artist Bat for Lashes, from her second studio album, ''Two Suns''. It is her best-selling single to date, selling over 46,000 copies worldwide. The song was announced as the lead single from ''Two Suns'' in January 2009, then released as a digital download single on 1 March 2009, and as a 7" vinyl single on 6 April 2009. The track was written by Natasha Khan and produced by David Kosten, as with all tracks on the album. Ira Wolf Tuton from Yeasayer provided the bass lines for the song and Khan did the rest of the instrumentation herself. The single's cover features Khan with an image of the character Daniel LaRusso, from the film ''The Karate Kid'', painted on her back. A character much like LaRusso also features at the end of the music video which goes with the song. Natasha Khan (born 25 October 1979), known professionally as Bat for Lashes, is an English singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Mystery Jets are an English indie rock band, formerly based on Eel Pie Island in Twickenham, London. The band consists of Blaine Harrison (vocals, guitar and keyboards), Jack Flanagan (bass and vocals), Kapil Trivedi (drums) and Henry Harrison (lyrics). History Formation and early demos (2003) The band's first line-up consisted of Blaine Harrison on drums, William Rees on guitar and Henry Harrison (Blaine's father) on bass. Henry became a second guitarist in the band and they were joined by Kai Fish on bass and Tamara Pearce-Higgins on the organ.
