Donna Jean King Hutchinson (born August 23, 1949) is a Republican Party (United States), Republican former member of the Arkansas House of Representatives from District 98, which includes part of fast-growing Benton County, Arkansas, Benton County in Northwest Arkansas. A resident of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Bella Vista, she was initially elected to the House in 2006 and assumed her position in January 2007. Family background A member of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, Blackfeet tribe, Hutchinson was born into a military family in New Bern, North Carolina, New Bern in Craven County, North Carolina, Craven County in eastern North Carolina. New Bern, formerly called Newbern, is a city in Craven County, North Carolina, United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 29,524, which had risen to an estimated 29,994 as of 2019. It is the county seat of Craven County and the principal city of the New Bern Metropolitan Statistical Area.
