Donal Keegan
Sir Donal Arthur John Keegan, KCVO, OBE (born 1938) is a Northern Irish physician and public servant. Born in 1938, Keegan studied medicine at Queen's University Belfast, graduating in 1961 with a BSc degree and three years later with an MB BCh BAO degrees. Altnagelvin Area Hospital is the main hospital for the North West of Northern Ireland. It is located in Waterside, Derry. It provides services to the city of Derry and County Londonderry, but also some specialist and acute services for parts of neighbouring County Donegal, County Tyrone, County Antrim and County Fermanagh.
