Dawson Springs is a home rule-class city in Hopkins and Caldwell counties in the U.S. state of Kentucky. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 2,452. History Originally known as Tradewater Bend, the city was incorporated in 1832 under the name Dawson City by two Menser brothers. Incorporated on December 22, 1857, the city is named for Senator William Crosby Dawson. Dawson is part of the Albany, Georgia Metropolitan Statistical Area. History Dawson was founded in 1856 as seat of the newly formed Terrell County. It was incorporated as a town in 1857 and as a city in 1872. Queenstown is a planning area and satellite residential town situated on the south-westernmost fringe of the Central Region of Singapore.
