David Blough
David Marshall Blough (born July 31, 1995) is an American football quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He was Purdue's backup quarterback in 2015 and led the Boilermakers to a win against Nebraska. As a redshirt sophomore in 2016, he started 12 games and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors. Blough was selected by ESPN.com as the thirty-fifth best high school quarterback. He signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent at the conclusion of the 2019 NFL Draft. Following an injury to Lions starter Matthew Stafford and backup quarterback Jeff Driskel during the 2019 season, Blough assumed the starting role for the final five games of the Lions' 2019 season. 2016 Purdue Boilermakers Football Team
The 2016 Purdue Boilermakers football team was an American football team that represented Purdue University in the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Boilermakers were members of the West Division of the Big Ten Conference and played their home games at Ross–Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana. They were led by fourth-year head coach Darrell Hazell until he was fired on October 16, 2016. Gerad Parker was named the interim head coach for the remainder of the season. Sean White (American Football)
Sean Michael White (born November 10, 1995) is an American football quarterback who formerly played for the Auburn Tigers. White ranks third in Auburn history for career passing efficiency and fourth in completion percentage. Early years White attended Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School in Hollywood, Florida for his first 3 years of high school before transferring to University School of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for his senior year. White finished his high school career with over 8,300 yards and 107 total TDS. Elite 11
The Elite 11 is a quarterback competition for high school quarterbacks across the United States. Elite 11 was founded in 1999 by Andy Bark and continues to be run by his company, Student Sports Inc, hosted at the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Over the years, 12–24 of the nation's top quarterbacks have been selected to attend the Elite 11 Finals from 6 to 8 regional competitions held across the country, where over 400 quarterbacks compete and are evaluated. Prior to 2012, the Elite 11 Finals were held across various sites in Southern California. Since 2013, the Elite 11 has been held at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon in conjunction with The Opening. Jeffrey Adam Driskel (born April 23, 1993) is an American football quarterback for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Florida, before transferring to Louisiana Tech, and was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Waived by the 49ers, he joined the Cincinnati Bengals, where he was the third string quarterback. He began the 2018 season as backup to Andy Dalton, and following an injury to Dalton, he started the last five games of the season. He then went on to be the backup for the Detroit Lions and Denver Broncos, in which he started three games with the Lions and one for the Broncos.
