Dubai Triangular Series 2014–15
The Dubai Triangular Series was a One Day International cricket tournament held in the United Arab Emirates from 8 to 19 January 2015. It was a tri-nation series between Afghanistan, Ireland and Scotland as a warm-up for the 2015 Cricket World Cup. Ireland finished top of the table after a no result in the final match. Squads 1 Max Sorensen replaced Tim Murtagh in the squad for the final match, and the upcoming World Cup, as Tim Murtagh broke his foot on 7 January 2015. Mohammad Nabi
Mohammad Nabi Eisakhil ( ps, ; born 1 January 1985) is an Afghan cricketer and former captain of the Afghanistan national cricket team. Nabi is an attacking batting all-rounder, playing as a right-handed batsman and off break bowler. He played a major role in Afghanistan's rise to the top level of international cricket, playing in both their first One Day International in April 2009 and their first Test match in June 2018. He was part of Afghanistan's first ever T20I team when the team played against Ireland on 1 February 2010 and he became the fifth cap of Afghanistan national team in Twenty20 Internationals. Wicket-keeper
The wicket-keeper in the sport of cricket is the player on the fielding side who stands behind the wicket or stumps being watchful of the batsman and ready to take a catch, stump the batsman out and run out a batsman when occasion arises. George Dockrell
George Henry Dockrell (born 22 July 1992) is an Irish cricketer. Dockrell is right-handed batsman and slow left-arm orthodox bowler who plays international cricket for Ireland after learning his cricket at Leinster Cricket Club, Dublin. He was a member of the class of 2010 in Gonzaga College, Dublin. In December 2018, he was one of nineteen players to be awarded a central contract by Cricket Ireland for the 2019 season. In January 2020, he was one of nineteen players to be awarded a central contract from Cricket Ireland, the first year in which all contracts were awarded on a full-time basis. Alex Cusack
Alex Richard Cusack (born 29 October 1980) is a former Australian-born-Irish cricketer. A club cricketer for Clontarf, Cusack was a carpenter by trade until he was awarded a professional contract with the Irish Cricket Union in 2009. He played as a middle-order right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm medium-fast deliveries. Cusack made his international debut in 2007. In 2009, Cusack became one of the first two players to be given contracts with Cricket Ireland. A year later, the number of cricketers with contracts with CI had increased to six, with Cusack still amongst their number. Peter Karl David Chase (born 9 October 1993) is an Irish cricketer who played for Durham County Cricket Club. He is a right-arm medium-fast bowler who also bats right handed. Andrew Balbirnie (born 28 December 1990) is an Irish cricketer, the current captain of the Ireland cricket team in all formats. Balbirnie is a right-handed batsman and an occasional wicket-keeper. Shapoor Zadran ( ps, ; born 8 July 1987) is an Afghan cricketer. Zadran is a left-arm fast-medium bowler. Zadran currently plays for the Afghanistan national cricket team. Samiullah Shinwari ( ps, سميع الله شينواري; born 31 December 1987) is an Afghan cricketer who represents Afghanistan in international level. Nawroz Mangal
Nawroz Mangal (born Nawroz Khan Mangal) (نوروز خان منګل ; born 28 November 1984) is a former Afghanistan cricketer. Mangal is former captain of the Afghanistan national cricket team and also famous for leading Afghanistan to prestigious ODI status.
