Nico Rios is an American politician affiliated with the Republican Party. He has served as a representative for the 23rd district in the North Dakota House of Representatives since 2022, alongside Scott Dyk. Early life Rios was born in Chicago, Illinois in October 1988 and raised in the South Side of the city. He moved to North Dakota in 2014 to pursue a career in the oil industry.
