Darrell Dennis is an Indigenous Canadian comedian, actor, screenwriter and radio personality from the Secwepemc Nation in the interior of British Columbia. Darrell’s acting career began at the age of 17 when he walked into his first professional audition and landed the lead role of Brian Potter on the hit CBC drama '' Northwood''. Since then, Darrell has been a series regular in various Canadian television series including ''The Rez'', Open Heart, and as the host of Bingo and a Movie. He has guest starred in numerous film and television roles including Universal Picture’s Leaving Normal opposite Meg Tilly and Christine Lahti, the hit series Degrassi, and as Shania Twain’s lover in Shania: A life in Eight Albums. The Shuswap Indian Reserve is a First Nations reserve in the Columbia Valley region of British Columbia, Canada, located on the left bank of the Columbia River, north of Invermere. ''Miss Julie'' ( sv, Fröken Julie) is a naturalistic play written in 1888 by August Strindberg. It is set on Midsummer's Eve and the following morning, which is Midsummer and the Feast Day of St. John the Baptist. The setting is an estate of a count in Sweden. Miss Julie is drawn to a senior servant, a valet named Jean, who is well-traveled and well-read.
